Eligibility Criteria

An applicant must:

  1. be without employment;
  2. be without revenue or be receiving employment insurance or employment assistance (welfare);
  3. have his/her Local Employment Centre agent's authorization;
  4. possess relevant work experience and/or training in the field chosen;
  5. demonstrate a lot of motivation and must be able to work within a group; and,
  6. have completed relevant training since at least 24 months.
